Here is what people who have used the 7 Words system have to say. If you would like to send us your story, please write to info@7words.co.uk

“made my work easier”

I am working as a psychologist in an orphanage. The 7 words system helped me to understand what kind of energy these children need, in order to be healed: No and Thank You kind of energy. This made my work easier. I know how I should relate to them and respond to their problems - sometimes in a requiring, firm, way and other times in a mother-like way. The more I study 7 words, the deeper are the understandings that come to me.

Sandra Bagdonaite, Kaunas.

“a life-changing system”

7 words is a life-changing system which clearly high-lights areas of our being/ relationship/psyche where perhaps we were previously unclear. It is an insightful doorway which invites the participant to gain new levels of understanding...Beware! - things will never be the same after you begin life with the 7 words tool as a guide. It covers all bases of human existence and in my experience there is no getting away with old defensive patterns of behaviour and delusion. Wake up to a clearer way of Being!

Dom Sakoilsky, Bristol.

“so simple yet so profound”

I have always been passionate about self development and the power of communication, which the 7 words offers. This system has become a powerful tool in my life, has transformed the way I think and helped me in my relationships. It’s so simple and yet so profound and deep. I use the 7 words in my work and believe, as a Relaxed Birth and Parenting practitioner, that using the 7 words offers really valuable insights into my clients.

Louise Bennett, Stoke.

“harmony between head and heart”

While composing a press release recently, I was having trouble communicating clearly because my writing was flooded with emotions, resulting in jumbled thoughts and mixed messages. The piece was confusing and lacked focus. Despite only having recently discovered the 7 Words, I decided to start afresh, using these 7 archetypes as a template, and try and bring some order to the chaotic tone of the writing. By relating with each Word individually and progressively, a natural trickling down effect occurred between the parts, as the thread continued. All the important aspects seemed to get covered in a much more balanced way. My true voice flowed through to a natural conclusion that resonated clearly with the purpose of the article. I felt like the outcome was a harmony between head and heart. I am now looking forward to seeing what other stuck areas of my life can be liberated by the truth of the 7 Words.

Neil Brown, Hastings.

"should be available on NHS!"

7Words has challenged me, but in doing so has made me feel more in touch with myself and more in control of my life than I have felt for a long time. 7Words has both gravitas and simplicity. Within that paradox you will find the transformational spark of wisdom and inspiration. Its easier to take a pill...the insights offered by 7Words are more difficult to swallow, but they are vastly more healing! It takes over where traditional psychiatry and psychology leave off. It should be available on the NHS! 7Words has helped me put the final touches to recovery from mental breakdown. It has facilitated the balancing of different aspects of my personality and moved me much closer towards full personal empowerment. 7Words? Authenticity and inspiration go through it like Blackpool rock! Here are seven words about 7Words: inspirational, instigatory, empowering, motivational, transformative, balancing, and healing.

"embodying the essence"

The Distance Learning Programme is a very varied and challenging course which I have strongly recommended very since I completed it about 2 1/2 years ago. It is quite a major undertaking; I have just been back through my responses and am amazed at the depth and breadth of what I explored. The DLP gave me two main things: through it my understanding of the 7 Words System deepened and expanded, and through all the personal work the course involves I feel I came to embody the essence of the words.

Margie McCallum, Findhorn

"the clarity of a beacon"

The DLP course has accompanied me through very significant life changes for the past year or two. The clarity afforded by the beautifully simple 7 Words system is like a beacon, which reveals universal patterns reflected in one's life, giving a constant sense of direction and self-confidence.

Ernesta Dziovalaite, Vilnius

"obtaining the balance"

I use ‘7 words’ as a coloured glass when the sight gets blurry and messy. There are even seven colours which help me to observe the variety of life itself but at the same time to obtain the balance.

7 Words Concepts

We say No! whenever our birthright of uniqueness is threatened.

Management mastery using 7 Words is about the journey from No to Yes being a delightful expression of wisdom and pragmatism.
The 7 Words System is a new method of management.
Masterful management requires us to expect the unexpected and manage it masterfully.
7 Words is a fluid and a neutral framework that can uncover the underlying dynamic in any situation so that a complete appraisal is made possible and nothing is overlooked.
The way I am needs to change from being a problem to being the solution.
7 Words can uncover a deeper understanding of exactly what’s going on, and what action it is most appropriate to take.
To change your circumstances, you’ll need to change yourself.
Our recognition of what we call a problem is simply a springboard towards finding imaginative and creative solutions to express our purposes and principles.
The answer to any question is contained within the question, as long as the question is properly stated.
7 Words can unlock any situation’s hidden logic and avoid the pitfalls of omission, confusion and deceit.
There is an underlying order of 7 that informs everything.
It is a rare and powerful gift to be able to see under the surface and identify the truth of a situation. Those who can have the edge.
There are 7 interactive elements to all situations.
Errors of omission are almost certain without the awareness that 7 Words creates.
This system sets out seven fundamental life aspects, which are necessary and sufficient to describe anything that goes on.
Our civilization, our very humanity depends upon accountability.
With words people can be persuaded of anything.
Words have power.
Words, thoughts, language, beliefs and ideas are inter-connected.
How we speak, how we think and how we act are all bound up together.
Is it our purpose to deceive—or to develop a true and deeper mutual understanding?
If language is corrupted then thinking cannot be otherwise.
It is both physically and psychologically healthy for us to speak clearly and truthfully.
To move towards a more peaceful society, we need to become clearer and more straightforward in our speech and thoughts.
We mostly do not say literally what we mean.
Let the problem direct us towards the solution.
As soon as we put our hearts into it something special unfolds.
If we want changes in our circumstances, then we need to make some changes inwardly too.
What was, is no more.
The work we are engaging with has to begin with ourselves.
7 Words can be applied at any level whether this is personal, corporate or global.
The main task is not really to affirm what we want; it is to clearly define what we don’t want.
The failure to define a problem correctly is the overwhelmingly most frequent reason for not finding a solution.
It’s so important to step back and consider things as they really are.
The absence of a quality is an aspect of that quality.
What appears to be a sloppy or meaningless use of words may well be a completely correct use of words to express sloppy or meaningless ideas.
If humanity would only release guilt and blame, what a joyful day that would be!
In business only two types of significant personal activity exist—individual activity and meetings.
Whatever category a meeting falls into, in every case there are seven quite different things going on—and a truly aware manager will be able to address all of them.

Images notwithstanding—who, actually, are we?
There’s no defending a false position.

The immediate circumstances speak truly of who and what we are right now.

Mistakes can be seen as useful information inputs, rather than as opportunities to blame.
‘I choose it, therefore it is!’
We call contracts agreements but they’re not, they’re acceptances.
Agreement occurs when two parties want the same thing; no negotiation or compromise is needed.
We have to find strategies to deal with Climate Change.
By reframing the problems we can try other ways to find solutions.
We say No! whenever our birthright of uniqueness is threatened.
We have learned how to produce things without learning how to dispose of them.
Vision is an horizon of the imagination.
We really do need to wake up now; the writing is on the wall.
If we continue to do what we’ve always done, then we will continue to get what we’ve always got.
‘Do I accept this 7 Words System? If so what do I do about it?’
Are you a sheep or are you a goat?
Give up what no longer challenges you to grow.
Without changing how we think, how can we expect to get different results?
There is evidence that thinking has an effect upon matter.
Without exercise, muscles atrophy—and so does will.
The ability to read the signs of change and respond immediately is a survival requirement.
